Our technician examines your carpets to identify problem areas, stain types, and determines the best cleaning approach for your specific carpet fiber and condition.

Pre-Treatment
High traffic areas and stains are treated with the proper products. Specialty spotting techniques or pet odor remediation also starts here.
STEP 3
Hot Water Extraction
Using advanced truck-mounted equipment we hot water extract (steam clean) the carpets thus rinsing pretreatment and neutralizing the pH of the carpet fibers. Here is also where we would perform any specialized spotting or treatments for pet odors in addition to the pre-treatment step.
STEP 4
Post Cleaning
Carpet Protector is applied if ordered by the client. We groom in the protector to make sure it is evenly spread throughout the carpet. Also, carpet grooming leaves the carpet with a smooth, clean look.

Final Inspection
We walk through with you to ensure complete satisfaction and provide care instructions for maintaining your freshly cleaned carpets.

Furniture Moving Policy
Furniture Moving Policy: We will move only furniture that one person can safely move without injury or potential damage to the furniture itself or the flooring underneath and around it. Additionally, it will need to be able to be placed on foam blocks without crushing them. Customers will have to remove ALL things from the top of the furniture as well as remove drawers if the furniture has them to lighten the load. We do not move, beds, HEAVY furniture, antiques, filing cabinets and other pieces that are simply unable to be safely moved.
