This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Pro Care Texas handles cancellations,
rescheduling, refunds, and service guarantees. By booking or using our services, you agree
to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly. Same-day cancellations
or no-shows may result in additional fees, depending on scheduling and technician availability.
2. Refunds
Refunds are provided only in the following situations:
- If a scheduled service was not performed
- If service quality concerns are reported within 24 hours and verified by our team
- If a billing error occurred
Refunds are not issued for the following:
- Customer-related delays or inability to access the service location
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the service
- Permanent stains, heavy wear, or damage that cannot be removed during cleaning
- Situations beyond our control that limit expected results
3. Service Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the results, you may request a re-clean or re-treatment within
24 hours of service. If the concern is valid and correctable, we will return once at no
additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Specialty add-ons, consumable products, and treatments that have already been applied
are non-refundable once the service is performed.
